Lovell Lake Ice Cream Social
Watch for the ice cream boats and join the fun - it's free!

We reached our goal
While MMRG continues to seek funding for the Hraba (Jennison) Forest Project, the LLA has exceeded its fundraising goal for the project! We hope to hear from MMRG any day now.

Your donations were given to Moose Mountain Regional Greenways who anticipate completing fundraising for the Hraba (Jennison) Forest Project by August 2025. See the ceremony and learn more .

Do your part to preserve and enhance the quality of water in our lake

New for 2025
- The Water Quality and Weed Watch pages are regularly updated. Check back regularly. One notable new feature is a map showing weed watch areas. A few are unassigned (click on the house icons or drop pins) and the same person may be covering more than one area. Volunteer and Peter Lewis will assign an area for you to cover.
- Check out the Photos page for new photos for 2025.
- Have a landscaping project in mind? Check the Water Quality page. You may qualify for a SWEEP grant!
Site Changes Made On or Before 11/20/2024
If you haven’t visited lately, you’ll notice lots of changes to the LLA website, both small and large. If you want to comment, please use the comments button in the footer to let us know what you think. Here are the changes:
- All the links to current news (What’s New), newletters, photo albums, etc. have been consolidated on a single page. You get there from the “News Central” button on the home page or from “News, Stories, Photos & History” in the “News & Events” top line menu drop-down.
- eNewsletters are now posted on the website (link in News Central)
- There’s a new Lovell Lake Stories page on which you can read articles written by your friends and neighbors. Please send us a message if you have something to contribute.
- The Recently Seen page contains short articles about recent happenings on or near Lovell Lake (accessed from News Central). Again please contribute if you have an article you’d like posted.
- A Lake Preservation page containing links to all the relevant pages was added.
- The top line and drop-down menus have been rearranged and simplified.
- The home page has been significantly revised. We added a featured links section to make it easier for you to find what you’re looking for, a slide show at the top of the page and this what’s new on the website popup.
- We have a few new volunteers (see Contact Us).
- The Disaster Recovery, Water Quality and Weed Watch pages have been updated.
- All the links on the site have been verified.
